Setup Dates and Times
- Sunday, July 16, 2017 - 9am to 5pm
- Monday, July 17, 2017- 9am to 9pm
- Tuesday, July 18, 2017- 8am to 1pm (first event starts 3pm)
Passes can be obtained as Vendors and Exhibitors arrive to setup. Watch for the canopy set up next to the Fairgrounds driveway where passes and maps will be distributed. All Vendors and Exhibitors MUST park in the Volunteer/Vendor Parking Lot behind the red barn. Positively NO VENDORS or EXHIBITORS are to park along Ring Road. This area is reserved for Security, 4-H and Animal Tent Chairpersons parking. Parking passes, listing license plate numbers, must be in clear view on the dashboards of parked vehicles.
If you are interested in becoming a Burlington County Farm Fair Vendor, please contact the Fair Manager for an application.
